Thomas J. Owens Sr
CEO, Founder, P.E., PLS, Assoc. AIA
Thomas Owens Sr. is a seasoned design and construction professional with decades of experience in creating exceptional residential and commercial spaces. Renowned for his attention to detail, innovative approach, and commitment to quality, Thomas has successfully guided countless projects from concept to completion. His expertise spans architecture, project management, and design consulting, making him a trusted leader in the industry. Thomas combines technical knowledge with a deep understanding of client needs, ensuring every project reflects both functionality and timeless elegance.
Hailey Bradd
CAD Manager
Hailey Bradd brings a rare blend of precision, passion, and deep-rooted industry knowledge to every project. As the daughter of founder Tom Owens, Hailey was introduced to the world of design at an early age. Under Tom’s mentorship since the age of 12, she honed her skills in drafting and AutoCAD, gaining a mastery well beyond her years.
Jared Bradd
Civil Department Manager
Jared Bradd is the Civil Engineering Manager and a skilled Architectural & Engineering Technician at Owens Design Consultants. With expertise in both field surveying and technical drafting, Jared plays a critical role in ensuring that every project begins with accuracy and is carried through with precision.
He leads ODC’s surveying operations with a focus on reliability and detail, while also supporting the design team in creating comprehensive plans that align with project goals and regulatory standards.
Jared is currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, further deepening his commitment to the field and his role in shaping the built environment. He is the husband of Hailey Bradd, daughter of founder Tom Owens, and together they carry on the legacy of excellence and dedication that defines Owens Design Consultants.
With his strong work ethic, technical acumen, and personal investment in the company’s mission, Jared continues to be a trusted and valued member of the ODC team.
Gilbert Palmerin
Architecture Department Manager
With over 15 years of architectural experience across North America, Gilbert have returned home to serve the community that raised him.
Gilbert brings a refined understanding of high-end residential design — from the lush, tranquil suburbs of Seattle and the iconic, fog-kissed hills of San Francisco’s Bay Area, through the vibrant, culturally rich heart of busy Mexico City, all the way to the stunning coastal developments in Cancún. Gilbert's work spans residential towers to bespoke homes, always shaped by a client-first philosophy and an awareness of international design trends, regional codes, and modern living needs. He doesn't just design spaces — He translate aspirations into architecture that is both coveted and responsive, wherever the site. Architecture isn’t just about building — it’s about creating environments that speak to the soul and leave a lasting impression.
Vicente Mendoza
Civil Engineer Technician
Vicente Mendoza is a Venezuelan Civil Engineer with a Master’s in Graphic Arts. He works as an Engineering Technician at Owens Designs Consultants, bringing experience from both public and private projects in Venezuela, including schools, hospitals, residential developments, and sports facilities. At ODC, he specializes in architectural & structural drafting and calculations for residential and commercial projects. His proficiency in CAD and BIM allows him to collaborate effectively with contractors, architects, and local agencies to ensure code compliance and design efficiency.
William Owens
Survey Technician / Prints Technician & Matterport Specialist
William Owens is a multi-skilled technician at Owens Design Consultants, supporting field and office operations as a Survey Technician, Prints Technician, and Matterport Specialist.
He grew up in his father’s workshop, learning woodworking and blacksmithing through the California Blacksmiths Association. In high school, he expanded his hands-on skills with welding, electronics, and schematic design before serving as a wheeled vehicle mechanic in the U.S. Army. Afterward, he joined a trades union, gaining experience in plumbing, pipe fitting, and scaffolding.
Joining ODC allowed William to stay connected to the family business and quickly excel in surveying and technical production. He now helps produce high-quality plans, collaborates with construction teams, and creates immersive 3D scans using Matterport technology.
Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented, William continues to grow his skills and contribute across multiple departments at ODC.
Jessica Hollandsworth
Executive Assistant / Marketing Manager
for both Owens Design Consultants, Inc and Prints
Jessica Hollandsworth has been working at Owens Design Consultants since December 2023 as a Administrative Assistant. Now she is transitioning into the role of Marketing Manager, Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to Tom Owens. In this capacity, she oversees daily operations, client communication, photography, print production, and marketing.
Her background spans business creation, media production, an LLC bee rescue, breeding ABKC XL American Bullies, along with over 15 years of hands-on horse care — including managing 5* competition horses for an Olympic rider. Jessica is a disciplined, detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure.​
Jessica is currently furthering her education at ASU in large animal veterinary medicine and beginning her studies in engineering — continually expanding her skill set to support ODC’s long-term growth and innovation.
Jeremy Gee
Party Chief
Jeremy Gee is a highly experienced Chief Survey Crew Leader at Owens Design Consultants, bringing over two decades of field and office surveying expertise to the team. A U.S. Army veteran and certified Remote Pilot, Jeremy has led boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction staking projects across California. His technical skills include advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Carlson SurvCE, and a wide range of surveying instruments, including Topcon, Trimble, and Leica systems.
Jeremy has worked on projects from initial field data collection to final CAD deliverables, and he has played key roles in training staff, maintaining CAD standards, and improving field accuracy. He holds multiple safety certifications, including HAZWOPER and OSHA, and is an affiliate member of the California Land Surveyors Association. His leadership, precision, and deep field knowledge make him an integral part of the ODC team.
Preet Kaur
Bookkeeper and Office Manager
Preet – Bookkeeper & Operations Support
We’re excited to welcome Preet as the newest member of the ODC & Prints team! With a B.A. in Business Management and a strong background in accounting and financial operations, Preet brings valuable expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, and business systems. She has worked with both small businesses and larger organizations, helping streamline operations and ensure financial accuracy.
Preet joined ODC because she shares our passion for supporting creative, mission-driven businesses. Her attention to detail and commitment to clarity make her a perfect fit as we continue to grow. We’re thrilled to have her on board!
Jacob Woodward
CAD Specilist
Jacob is a recent graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. He brings a strong foundation in both hardware and software, with skills in FPGA design, Verilog, SystemVerilog, C, C++, Python, Java, and JavaScript.
His experience includes designing a pipelined RISC-V processor, developing a chromatic tuner using FFT and control logic, and working on a motorized e-bike conversion system. Jacob has also contributed to website development projects, handling both frontend and backend updates in collaboration with a team and clients.
Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow, Jacob is excited to apply his technical skills to innovative projects while continuing to expand his expertise in engineering and software development.
