Thomas J. Owens Sr
CEO, Founder,AIA, P.E., PLS
Thomas Owens Sr. is a seasoned design and construction professional with decades of experience in creating exceptional residential and commercial spaces. Thomas J. Owens, Owner and CEO, is a Licensed Architect, Civil Engineer, and Land Surveyor, making him the 14th professional in California to hold all three licenses concurrently. Renowned for his attention to detail, innovative approach, and commitment to quality, Thomas has successfully guided countless projects from concept to completion. His expertise spans architecture, project management, and design consulting, making him a trusted leader in the industry. Thomas combines technical knowledge with a deep understanding of client needs, ensuring every project reflects both functionality and timeless elegance.
Hailey Bradd
CAD Manager
Hailey Bradd brings a unique blend of precision, passion, and deep-rooted industry knowledge to every project. Introduced to the world of design at an early age as the daughter of founder Thomas Owens, Hailey began training under his mentorship at just 12 years old, developing advanced skills in drafting and AutoCAD well beyond her years. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, further strengthening her creative and technical expertise.
Jared Bradd
Civil Department Manager
Jared Bradd is the Civil Engineering Manager and a skilled Architectural & Engineering Technician at Owens Design Consultants. With expertise in both field surveying and technical drafting, Jared plays a critical role in ensuring that every project begins with accuracy and is carried through with precision.
He leads ODC’s surveying operations with a focus on reliability and detail. Jared is currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, further deepening his commitment to the field and his role in shaping the built environment. With his strong work ethic, technical acumen, and personal investment in the company’s mission, Jared continues to be a trusted and valued member of the ODC team.
William Owens
Survey Technician / Prints Technician & Matterport Specialist
William Owens is a versatile technician at Owens Design Consultants, supporting field and office operations as a Survey Technician, Prints Technician, and Matterport Specialist. With a background in woodworking, blacksmithing, welding, electronics, and U.S. Army mechanics, he brings hands-on expertise to every project. At ODC, William produces high-quality plans, collaborates with construction teams, and creates immersive 3D scans, demonstrating reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to the firm’s success.
Jessica Hollandsworth
Executive Assistant / Marketing Manager
for both Owens Design Consultants, Inc and Prints
Jessica Hollandsworth joined Owens Design Consultants in December 2023 as an Administrative Assistant and now serves as Marketing Manager, Executive Assistant, and Personal Assistant to Tom Owens. She oversees daily operations, client communications, photography, print production, and marketing. With a diverse background in Ag business, media, ABKC breeding, and 5* horse management, Jessica is a disciplined, detail-oriented professional. She is currently expanding her expertise through studies in large animal veterinary medicine, marketing and engineering at ASU to support ODC’s growth and innovation.
Preet Kaur
Bookkeeper and Office Manager
Preet – Bookkeeper & Operations Support
We’re excited to welcome Preet as the newest member of the ODC & Prints team! With a B.A. in Business Management and a strong background in accounting and financial operations, Preet brings valuable expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, and business systems. She has worked with both small businesses and larger organizations, helping streamline operations and ensure financial accuracy.
Preet joined ODC because she shares our passion for supporting creative, mission-driven businesses. Her attention to detail and commitment to clarity make her a perfect fit as we continue to grow. We’re thrilled to have her on board!
Jacob Woodward
CAD Specilist
Jacob is a recent graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. He brings a strong foundation in both hardware and software, with skills in FPGA design, Verilog, SystemVerilog, C, C++, Python, Java, and JavaScript.
His experience includes designing a pipelined RISC-V processor, developing a chromatic tuner using FFT and control logic, and working on a motorized e-bike conversion system. Jacob has also contributed to website development projects, handling both frontend and backend updates in collaboration with a team and clients.
Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow, Jacob is excited to apply his technical skills to innovative projects while continuing to expand his expertise in engineering and software development.
